7YO SR web banner (1)

7 unrelenting years of the Syrian conflict that has resulted in well over half a million deaths, over 6 million internally displaced and around 13 million people in need of humanitarian assistance. Combine this with the harsh winter conditions and relentless violence of war, complacency about this crisis is a luxury we cannot afford. Syrians are still dying daily, even if their stories don’t make it to media.

This year’s annual gala dinner, aptly named ‘Seven Years On’, will focus on experiences of the Syrians throughout the last 7 years, their experience of resilience, hope and determination to overcome each adversity. An exclusive theatrical performance will bring powerful stories from Syrian refugees and their struggles to life in the prestigious Vermilion venue.
